As many members know, step streak days can simply reset due to who knows what software issue, Fitbit certainly doesn’t know and will not/cannot fix it per customer service chat. After joyously watching my count reach 145 it reset to 5 and then a few minutes later to 0! It has restarted twice in the past 2 weeks and now I simply ignore it and hit the “X” so I don’t have to see it. Seems this has been happening for a few years but I’ve only found out since it happened to me. Such a tragedy for many others who have accrued even greater streaks. Sad 😞
