Steps, active minutes, calories burned and sleep issues

I wonder if because I have a Galaxy S9 is the reason I have so many issues with my new Versa. It undercuts my steps all day long, says I only had ten active minutes when I worked out heavy for over an hour, undercuts my calories burned, and says I'm asleep for two hours in the middle of the workday. I'm seriously conflicted about whether or not to hold out for a fix from Fitbit via software update, or give up and return this overpriced watch.

I'm so disappointed with the Versa and I was so excited about it too. I've been with Fitbit since the Charge HR, since then I've had two HR charges, the Blaze, the Flex, the Charge 2 and now the Versa. What's the general consensus, do you think a fix is coming? My window for return is shrinking.

It's great to see you around @StandAndBeTrue.

Your preference to the Fitbit trackers is much appreciated. Now about the issues you are experiencing with your Versa, could you please confirm if your information isn't transferring to your Dashboard? If this issue is directly with syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

@AlejandraFitbit maybe you can clear something up for me before I complain any more, Haha.

Is it true that you cannot have the Versa and another Fitbit linked to your account in the app? When I had my Blaze and Charge HR and Charge 2 all linked in the app, they played together just fine. But I read on another thread that that is not the case with the Versa, and I'm wondering if that's what's causing my issues, as I also have my Charge 2 still linked. Please advise asap.

Regarding your inquiry @StandAndBeTrue, that's not true. You can have your multiple Fitbit paired to your account, just make sure that you are not pairing two Versa, since in that case you will be able only to paired one of them. For more information about this, check the Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account? article.

I ended up returning and replacing my Versa. It's been about a week and so far so good....no issues yet.Maybe I just got a defective one.
