I have a versa that quit displaying my steps and heart rate today. Worked in the morning and sometime this afternoon it went to “0”. I’v Read some help suggestions that said try another clock face and that’s fine except I chose this face when I purchased the Versa in June and it’s worked every day until today. Any suggestions other than change the clock face?

Restart the Versa a few times. That might work, or there might be a problem with the clock face. I know it has been working, but things can go wrong. If the restarts dont work, change clockface to a fitbit one then change it back to the one you want and see if that does it.
