Steps are giving a notification of 'undefined' and HR not tracking.... band is snug on arm...suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. I haven't worn my Versa for a couple weeks. I charged it up today and put it on. The icons show 0 for HR, steps, distance, calories, and floors. O ly the battery gives me a number. Never had this issue before and resetting it hasn't helped.
