Does anyone have any tips about how to get your Fitbit Versa to accurately track steps while either biking or spinning? I do a lot of both and I want my steps!

The problem is that if it were accurate then it wouldn't track any steps as you don't take any when on a bike - fitbit does not support the idea of converting non-step activities into steps.

Having said that, if steps from cycling are important to you then you could try wearing your fitbit on your ankle. This will register more steps but won't track heart rate and will probably get the calorie burn way wrong.

It also will be tracking pedals, not steps and have no relation to the distance traveled
