Steps and sleep tiles not updating

Can anyone help or advise please? I can’t seem to see my sleep pattern or how many steps I have done on the Fitbit app, this has been going on for over a week and not sure what to try to resolve the problem. Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with your concern, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Your floors, distance and other stats were affected too or just steps and sleep? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
