Can anyone help or advise please? I can’t seem to see my sleep pattern or how many steps I have done on the Fitbit app, this has been going on for over a week and not sure what to try to resolve the problem. Thanks

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Your floors, distance and other stats were affected too or just steps and sleep?
