Steps are accurate on Versa, not on the app.

My Versa shows my 12,000 + steps that I did today, but the app on my iPhone and iPad show only 2060 steps.   Also, on fitbit.com on my laptop, it shows incorrectly.  

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Figured it out, just restarted...  Tried to delete this, but didn't know how..
