Steps are being counted even when I don't move.

My steps are two high.

I have 200+ steps when I wake up already done,  I also can have steps increased while sitting down and not moving.

Is there also a way to stop the versa counting steps when driving?

@Sherralea Try changing the Wrist Placement setting in your Versa settings to Dominant. Also, you can give Versa a reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. To remove the "ghost" steps from driving you can manually log Driving activity in your Fitbit mobile app (or Dashboard on Fitbit.com) for the time period when you accumulated the steps.
