I have been just lounging around today and my Fitbit shows 58,018 steps on the main screen on the watch and on the app, but when I go to today’s steps and hit the graphic that shows your steps per hour and goes into the more detailed note of that it shows the accurate number of 588 steps. Please help! I’ve restarted my Versa multiple times and it hasn’t helped

Hello @jfalise, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention and for letting me know you have already restarted your Fitbit Versa. Judging by the information you're providing, it seems your steps were carried over from Saturday to Sunday, which is why the app and the tracker were showing 58,018 steps. Unfortunately, these steps can't be removed but as you have restarted your Versa already, this issue should not happen again. Please monitor your Versa to check that it's working normally and if this issue happens again, please let me know so I can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

That doesn't make sense because it's not like that was the total between the two days. The graphs showed the accurate number but the main step count was inaccurate. It's just frustrating because both the app and the watch are malfunctioning so I don't know what to do at this point.
