Versa watch won't show steps, but on my phone under the versa app, it shows my steps. How do i get my steps to show on my watch?

Were steps ever showing on your tracker? Can you tell if there is a place steps should be displaying?
Try changing to a different clock face, preferably a Fitbit one that is supposed to show steps.

Hi, I've had the same issue. Interested to find an answer. Steps have been showing on watch face up until yesterday.

@EMacca Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up on the issue that you are experiencing with your Versa since it's not showing your steps.
Please try changing the clock face as advised @JohnnyRow. In case the issue persists, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if your Versa shows your stats again.
Keep me posted!

You don't have to buy a new clock face. There are many that are free, including all developed by Fitbit. Different clock faces have different designs and show different stats to give you more choices. And if you are happy with the one that came with it, there is no need to change.
