My steps are adding from yesterday and i cannot work out why this is the case. This is my 3rd day and i want to return the product. I want an accurate reading each day of my steps. I do not need to see the BPM or heart rate , just the step count. I do not see this product as fit for purpose and it is my 3rd day. Read lots of customer reviews talking about same problem and i am disappointed now.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for having shared your feedback about the Fitbit Versa. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to reset your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then monitor it for the next day. If the steps didn't reset at midnight as they should, please let us know so we can check this further.
