Steps count and miles are not compatible

Today my steps count is out of hand. Certainly higher than I have walked today. The miles are lower than IF I had walked the steps shown. This crazy count is displayed on my  wrist tracker and on my phone. I have tried to reset my device twice, no change. What should I do next?

Hi @Anniesue  Restart the Versa several times and see how it performs tomorrow. The restarts will not correct a miscount that has already been made, but will hopefully get it working properly again. Please come back here if the count continues to be way off.
