Yesterday, I had over 12K steps. Now my dashboard said I only had 3K steps plus my watch says I started this morning with 9K steps. I can't get it reset despite synching twice and resetting my watch.
The dashboard doesn't let you edit your steps and now my watch is totally off for today's. Any way to fix this?

Hey @Mareyeka, welcome aboard! So on May 30th, you should have over 12,000 but on your Dashboard only appear 3,000 now, right? And on the next day, May 31st, you synced your watch and 9,000 steps appeared out from nowhere, am I right? If so, let me suggest you to try the following to refresh the data on your Versa and sync it properly:
- Reboot the Bluetooth on your iOS device
- Log out/log in to your Fitbit account
- Force sync it
- On your Fitbit account you can delete your steps by adding a Driving activity (follow the instructions in this help article to do so) Also, you can manually add steps. Take a look at this other article to do so.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you. I know you're trying to help, but no. I'm not going to jump through hoops yet again to get this device to work properly. You may have time to do this, but I don't. I didn't pay this amount of money to have to spend my time trying to fix it. Currently, it is working properly again just out of the blue. But if I have any more issues, I will return it and buy another brand that doesn't cause me so much aggravation.

Thanks for your response @Mareyeka! The good part of this is that your Charge 2 is working fine now, and I will appreciate if you let me know if this issue happens again and you have to repeat those steps to make it work properly 'cause it isn't normal at all. So please keep me updated, I'll be glad to assist you with your Fitbit usage.
Have a nice day!
