Steps equal kms my versa lite is not tracking my kms accurately

My versa lite shows 6045 steps equals 1.81 km. This is not accurate. How do I fix this?

Hi @Cococole - are you seeing this in the Fitbit App after syncing? And which is correct?

It is possible that steps are counted from arm movements and may not be counted as distance.

You can set the watch up to dominant wrist which would slightly reduce random arm movements counting as steps, if this is happening frequently.

Also if it is a new thing you may need to restart the watch, press and hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

And check that the watch is syncing properly with the app for all other values.
