Versa2 is counting steps while riding my scooter which gives a false count
Also when I tried updating the Software it just keeps rotating and never updates
an anyone suggest or fix the above issues ?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation you have in regards to the steps tracking while riding your scooter and updating your Versa 2.
In regards to the steps, since you're moving and your heart rate goes up, this is why your Fitbit tracks as if you're walking, sorry for this situation but Fitbit devices use a 3-axis accelerometer to count your steps. This sensor also allows your device to determine the frequency, duration, intensity, and patterns of your movement. You can check more information about this here.
Also, I checked in the system, and you're ok with your current Firmware version. this means that you don't have to update it, this is why it stays rotating.
