Steps not giving correct mileage on Versa

My step count is very high yet my mileage is low compared to that. I have adjusted the stride length and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Anyone having this problem also? Very frustrating to spend so much money on a fitbit that doesnt work

Welcome @Laurenb73! I'm really happy you joined the Fitbit Community. Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't calculating the distance correctly. Have you tried using the Connected GPS feature? It helps calculate your stride length to improve the distance calculations. I suggest you delete your stride length and try this option. If this issue persist then measure your stride length again following these instructions.
