Steps on my Versa don't match what's on my app

Yesterday I had over 10,000 steps on my fit bit. I worked hard for that, let me tell you!  But when I review yesterday's steps on the computer or an my phone app it says 7,075.  I re-synced everything,  and restarted the phone, but no change.  So what's going on?

Hi @lmeskill   Sometimes when that happens itis an app issue, so try uninstalling the Fitbit App from your phone and then reinstall it and log back in. Hopefully it will find all your lost steps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was hopeful, but it didn't work. I tried this a couple of times. I deleted the app and when I reinstalled it, it just seemed to pull the old info out of "the cloud". Im probably doing something wrong, but am not sure..
