my versa is keeping track of my steps but beginning last week my steps per hour were not populating on my dashboard. a few days later, my pre-set hourly reminders were no longer working/sending me reminders. i’ve been reading different posts and tried all the recommendations but no luck. (i’ve removed and reinstalled the fitbit app, i’ve reset my versa, i contacted customer service...HELP!)

I’m having the same exact issue with my steps per hour not updating on the app It started not updating today at the 4pm It’s saying the correct info on the Versa tho.

My Fitbit dashboard only seems to update like half the things. Hourly steps, sleep, and active minutes/daily exercise will not sync. I'm sure it probably has to do with the new app update but it is extremely frustrating! And I can no longer communicate with my Fitbit group either on our challenge. What the heck is going on, Fitbit? Please fix or tell me how to fix this!
