So yesterday I had around 32, 150 steps and they registered on my watch and in the Versa dashboard but not my challenge. I created the challenge and only one person had a different timezone. No one else is affected in my group. I've restarted my phone, restarted my versa, paired and unpaired, logged out and back into Fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, chatted in the challenge, left and returned the challenge but nothing is working. There are no updates according to the playstore. Please help this is super frustrating!! Apparently I'm not the only one either, I started a blog last night and several other people seem to have the issue.

Let me help you with your missing steps on your challenges and thank you for thoroughly troubleshooting this issue. Have you manually logged any activities? These activities won't count towards challenges. If this isn't the case then try leaving the challenge itself, sync your device and join the challenge again.
