This will be the third time I have posted this topic with absolutely no resolution so let's see what happens this time. I have been trying to sync music to my Fitbit for the past three or four months and have been unsuccessful. I have spoken with chat half a dozen times, they have escalated by email with no resolution, talked to Customer service over the phone two or three times and lastly posted this topic three times. No resolution.
I should be able to sync music, that one of the main things that are advertised with the Fitbit Versa and i haven't been able to do that. Customer service adviced that there is an issue with syncing music because of wifi. Don't you think Fitbit should resolve this issue? or are you just going to take your $200 per Fitbit Versa, put it in the bank and be done with it? Fitbit needs to resolve this issue ASAP. Please and thank you.

I am in the same boat. I can't download music from my PC on the fitbit PC app. I have done everything and it says they can't connect even though my phone shows they are paired and my versa as well as my PC are both on WiFi.

@LMwannabefit Are you using win10, iOS or win7/8 on your PC? How are you certain that your Versa is connected to wifi? Are you sure they are on the same 2.4Ghz network. If your PC is on a different network, it won't work! Also if your Versa is on 2.4Ghz and your PC on 5Ghz network it won't work.

I have the same proble. WTH! I bought my fitbit versa 2 days back and I am not able to transfer the songs!!!!

Hey guys! Thanks for responding! I actually resolved the issue. I got a stronger internest connection for my apartment and found that did the trick. I'm able to sync my music perfectly now 😁

Here it is January of 2022 and I can't get the software to work. It erased all previous music I had on it and I can't put anymore on it. It keeps giving error messages. Did you ever get any personal music on yours?

I did, but it was because i got a stronger internest connection. my original connection was thru my apartment community.But I got my own modem and I'm able to put music on there. It is kind of a challenge and takes a few minutes to sync to ,y laptop tp put music on but it still works, finally.
