Still no text notifications on my Versa

Ever since before Christmas I did an update on my versa2 and have not been receiving notifications for text messages. My watch is up to date with most recent version and I have checked my notifications several times, still no luck.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it stopped receiving text notifications. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to follow. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
