I have a Samsung Note 10 and a Versa 2 special edition. I've had the Versa 2 for almost a month and I still cannot receive text messages on it. This is unacceptable! I purchased the Versa so that I could turn off my ringer and still receive phone call and text alerts while monitoring my steps and activity mins. I miss important text messages all the time! My father is ill... I cant afford to miss his calls or text. When I'm at work I have to put my phone on silent but in the past I could receive my texts and calls. I should have bought a Samsung Galaxy watch!!!!! This is insane!

I'm sorry to tell you this but your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

Oh my goodness...I cannot believe this!!  Thank you for letting me know.  I looked at the page when I got the Versa 2.  Error on my part as I remember seeing Samsung 10 and just assumed it was my phone.  Still frustrating.

I have a Samsung Not 10 and a Versa 2. It was working beautifully for over a month, then suddenly I can no longer get text notifications. I have tried all troubleshooting, still nothing. Everything works BUT the text notifications. And for those who say that my device is not compatable, that is not correct. I have verified that it is in fact compatible with the Note 10.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not on the Approved Devices list that I refer to.

an online chat rep confirmed the device is compatible. Also, if it wasn't compatble, then why would it work in the beginning, then suddenly stop after months with no issues?

Exactly every one keep saying that same thing about Samsung Galaxy s10 plus is not compatible I've had mine for over a year and I had the ionic Fitbit before the versa and it worked fine so when the versa2 stopped showing text notifications I switched back to my ionic just to see if it would work on it and it didn't so it dont have nothing to do with what phone we have
