Still not seeing the option for Whatsapp 'Quick Replies'

Hi, I've read all suggestions and tried everything but I'm still not seeing the option to quick reply to my messages, only to 'clear' them. My versa is updated. I'm using a Galaxy S6. Help, this is frustrating now.

If you don’t see an option to reply to the message, quick replies aren’t available for the app that sent the notification.

Not necessarily. The app developer may not have put the hooks in necessary to reply from a smartwatch. Check your stock SMS app in the Fitbit app to see if you have the option with that.
