I really dont know the problem of my fitbit. It was stuck after its start installing..its still in the fitbit logo with blue shade on the right..I can't even connect it to my phone because my phone cant search any fitbit device.This was new and I havent tried to use it..just stuck with setting it up.

I've been struggling the whole night because of this.Still been trying to repeat every suggestions that I had read,but still once I restart my fitbit it is stuck with fitbit logo and blue color indicating for installing( that was my last step because I was stuck)And also it is not visible to any of my devices that I was not able to connect to my device( I try to unpair it after getting stuck).Please help this is frustrating.Should I return this to the store?

Did you try the suggestions in the Help Article I gave a link for in my post above? What phone are you trying to set up with? Can you clearly explain exactly what you have done and at what stage you get stuck?

Yes I tried to read the fitbit help link.sync trouble shoot.I just saw a post by ishrogh 04-05--2018(versa stuck on installing)topic he post a photo and we have a same issue.It started when it was installing then it appears that I need to restart bluetooth on my device then I turn it off and then on again.but it keep on appearing. The choices was cancel or restart bluetooth. And I even restart again my fitbit then when it open it was stuck same as before i restart it.then I read in one of the suggestion unpair my fitbit to the device..then when I try to pair it again fitbit device is not visible anymore in any of my devices.

Samsung s7 edge. Same with my ipad mini 4 the fitbit is not visible to both of my devices.that why I really cant figure why it stuck to that logo with blue color on the left side..thank you so much..I really appreciate for helping me.

Thank you..I will try to return it to the store because it is still within the warranty.I hope they will replace it or fix,My excitement turns into frustration.😞

@YojanaFitbit yes I already talked to one of your team in costumer support.I hope they will email me as soon as possible.So I can do another option with this issue.My versa is one day old only and it is already stuck with this problem.And also thank you to
