Still under warranty? Purchased in September 2019.

Screen went white and will not turn on. Should last more than a year! Frustrated

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Typical manufacture warranties are one year, which I believe is also the standard for Fitbit. However, they also offer an extended warranties for a couple of years. If you aren't sure if your Versa is still under warranty, you can contact customer service HERE. Also they may have a fix for your issue even if it's not under warranty.
