Still waiting for refund

Has anyone else returned their Versa for a refund? I was told that it would take 2-3 working weeks to get reimburse  but I'm still waiting. I contacted them by email the other day and still have had no reply 😞

I agree with our friend here, if you have already contacted our support team, I suggest waiting for their reply since they have the proper tools to see this information.

I have contacted them by phone and email and I'm still waiting for a refund. They have the watch since 29/08 and still haven't managed to reimburse me. It's ridiculous and I'm not happy with their customer service at all!
