My Versa got stolen a few days back, I understand that there is no warranty for that which makes sense, but it's not why I'm making this post. I'm confused as to why there is no blacklisting of any kind, I have a police report that explains what happens, and the Versa is still tied to my account so any information about the Versa can still be pulled. But I was told that Fitbit, via support, doesn't blacklist or do anything to stop people from stealing other people's trackers which just seems silly. Is there something I'm missing that is leading me to get this information wrong, or are there still other options available to me?

I believe you have understood correctly. I have not been through it myself but I have seen similar posts where people received the same message from customer support.
I have seen people speculate, but it is just speculation, that fitbit will not take action unless the request comes from the police.
If the person who stole your fitbit creates an account and adds your fitbit then it will disappear from your account but they will not have access to any of your data.
