it did not do this before I upgraded to IOS13. I can't find a setting in the app to disable it.

 Thank you for sharing all these details about your Versa that is giving you an extended/non-dismissable call notification.

 

The team of developers is aware of the problem that several users have experienced with this extended notifications after updating to iOS 13, as you mentioned. They are already working to try to find a solution as quickly as possible, but we haven't received other updates for the moment. 

 

In the meantime, make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
