My Fitbit versa has stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate, the green flashy light on the underneath of my fit bit has stopped flashing, please help, had less than a year

I am sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa has stopped tracking your sleep and heart rate. Thank you for sharing that you've had the device for less than a year, and that the green lights of the heart rate monitor are not flashing.
