Stopped working after it got wet

My Versa lite stop working do I return it to Kohls? I purchased it 4/26/19.

The best and fastest way would be to return it to Kohl's, but check on the return policy for them. I've notified a moderator about your post and they will be here to assist. Please tell us more about what's going on with your Versa Lite, so it will help them know the best way to proceed.

I just returned from Khols and it is past their 30 day return. My fitbit
stop working after it got wet (splash not emerse). I wasn't worried about
the splash as it suppose to be waterproof.

Thank you for sharing all this information; as you've mentioned, the Versa Lite should be swim proof, so I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.
