Strap broke at the pin area

Hi

 

My strap broke very near to the pin, so I don't have the strap length to leverage on to remove the strap. Any suggestion to remove?

Hi @lp12345678, welcome to the community.

 

Is there any strap remaining that you could use a pair of line nose pliers to grip onto? That's the only thing a can think of.
