Strap pins keep popping out

The spring side of my bands keep coming out, and now it's so bad I've had to get another heavy duty band that just holds the body in it without the pins. I'd like to still be able to wear the watch with original bands as well. The versa SE band is very comfortable and sleek, not one I'd wear to work. Anyone else have this issue?
