Hi,
I've linked my fitbit versa and strava apps, both showing as connected on each of the apps and authorised however when I go to the strava app on my watch it just says 'go to strava settings on your fitbit mobile app to log in' when I go into the app it already says I'm logged in and authorised? Please help! It's very frustrating!

@JessCripps Has your Versa synced? It may need some time or several sync attempts to get this info pushed to the watch.

I'm having this issue too and its frustrating a 300 product and the syncing never works thoroughly and linking apps like strava not working disappointing

@Jillianc84 Versa needs a stable Bluetooth connection with your phone to work properly. First of all, what's your phone model and OS. Also, which Versa's firmware and fitbit mobile app version are you running?

I saw the same thing. Some how I got it to work with unauthorizing it and authorizing it again I believe. I forgot honestly
I have iOS with the latest whatever and the blutooth turned on.
i can’t use my watch as for heartrate monitor on strava though..
i got my Fitbit versa to be able to see my strava stuff on the watch app. But that’s it.

I agree!! The syncing is dreadful, it's really quite annoying. I've been in touch with fitbit, done everything they say to, nothing worked and their only solution is to set it back to factory settings which I don't want to do! Real shame as I do like the watch but in terms of syncing etc. it definitely isn't as good as my fitbit alta and costs a lot more!

It is crazy especially with how much the Versa cost you would think the syncing between the fitbit app and the watch would be a little more reliable.
I also have to restart my watch this morning due to a message that would not clear on there.
Maybe every so often we should restart the watch.
Maybe the fit bit app itself needs a little upgrade to have this problems rectified also.
I think I have got the strava app working now and the link - hopefully it work when I do a workout.

Earlier I got a few messages and a call that didn’t show up in the Fitbit. I restarted it. Didn’t seem to fix the issue... some times it doesn’t take notifications and some times it does..
