Strava information in Fitbit account

When I record an activity on Strava I don’t get a variable calorie usage just an average/min although heart rate, distance traveled and pace all appear on my Fitbit dashboard. If I also record the activity on Fitbit exercise at the same time as Strava I see the variable calorie count then it reverts to an average flat line a little while later and I see two exercise entries on my dashboard.

Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the information you are seeing? Also, how are you logging your Strava information, are you selecting the activity directly from the Versa or are you manually logging it?
