Strava says "link account" on versa 2

When I try to open strava on my versa 2, it says "link account". 

I have linked strava to fitbit and fitbit to strava on my phone, so I do not see the problem.

Any suggestions?

I've followed all the instructions and authorized strava on the Fitbit app but on my watch it is still saying link account go to strava settings on your fitbit mobile app to log in. Help!

My Strava account is linked to my Fitbit account and vice versa, however my watch is telling me to link my Strava account to my mobile app an I have unlinked them and relinked them using both the apps and a web browser. Can anyone help me?

Hello @NeleB, @Shug82, @Dhawthorne  you need to log into your Strava account.

See this post, then do a sync of the tracker.
