One of the only things that’s leaning me towards the Garmin Vivoactive 3 over the Versa is it’s stress monitoring. Is there anything of the sort on Fitbit devices?

There are no stress monitoring features on fitbits at the moment. The only thing related to that is their Relax app as described here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2077/

@SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well! Thank you for your inquiry. As @SteveH mentioned there isn't a stress monitoring feature but you can vote for the idea in our Feature Suggestions board. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
