Stress management always says Google Play Store not available

When I click See details on my stress score, I always get the response "Google Play Store not available'. How do I get access to see the details of my score?  My phone is a LG ThinQ V40 and my Google Play Store is available when I am not in the app.

Hello there, @gettinhlthy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the Stress Management data. 

It seems like you're trying to access to a data that is only available for Fitbit Premium and that is why it's redirecting you to Google Play Store. To see a detailed breakdown of your score in the Fitbit app, purchase a Fitbit Premium subscription. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit Premium?
