I've had my Versa for 2 weeks and have adjusted my stride length to be the same as it was when using my Alta. Checking the data now, the Versa is not using my correct stride length but using a much shorter one. I have turned off Automatic Calculation and input my correct stride length but it is not using this. My previous data when wearing the Alta is accurate. I have restarted and reset the Versa. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get the Versa to use the stride length I told it to?

If your information isn't updating, I recommend verifying that your Versa is properly syncing. You can follow the instructions provided in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Also, check this post and confirm that you followed those steps to change your stride length information.
