Hi,
Before i post this topic, i had gone through all solutions and read replies from moderator on how to connect and transfer music from my laptop (windows10) to my versa.
I had also connected my laptop & versa to the same wifi network, disable the bluetooth and click on transfer music on the music app in versa but no avail.
On one hand my versa is showing "Use your computer to start transferring music with a button below End Now" But on my FitBit app on windows 10 shows still looking for your watch after even 10 minutes.
Can i know how to fix this issue????? i just bought my versa and never knew transferring music was SO HARD & stressful.
I appreciate direct link or replies with immediate solution if possible.
*** i had tried with bluetooth on, or even off as some suggested while initiating transfer and also went to Account page on fitbit app (windows10) & connected the wifi network. (shows succesfull)
However the fitbit desktop app still looking for my watch forever and ever. I also tried restarting my fitbit versa & reinstall the fitbit desktop app. Now what can i doooooooo?????

Same problem. I contact the Fitbit team and they walk me through the process but still no success. They're solution is to return my Versa and they will replace it. So now I am on my third Versa, let me repeat my THIRD Versa and still no luck transferring music. So I contacted them again and they said to return it and they will replace. Honestly all I want now is to get rid of this dumb thing. I have spent countless hours trying to find a solution.

Did you ever have any luck getting this problem resolved? I am having the exact same issue and I've tried absolutely everything. It connects to Wifi but the desktop app never gets past "Looking for your watch..."
