Stuck on black screen displaying Fitbit logo

My screen just randomly went to black displaying the Fitbit logo and now it won't do anything- its stuck on this. It did  this yesterday randomly and then turned back on like it restarted itself but now it won't do anything! Help 😞

@Fruitekiwi Have you tried rebooting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears?
