I have entered the pairing code and I can’t get past the Connecting to Fitbit” portion. I have done ALL the trouble shooting. It’s been 2 hours and I’m still not able to use my new versa.

@Ncookie That happened to me with my 1st versa. I could not get past entering the code so I bought it back and got a new one. 2nd one connected and setup was fine.
Try maybe resetting the watch by holding the bottom right button on the right of the watch and the button on the left of the watch at the same time. Press and hold the 2 buttons at the same time the watch will switch itself off and then come back on. When it comes back on release the 2 buttons.
Personally if you’ve tried everything, which it sounds like you have, and it’s still not working I’d say get it exchanged as it might just be a faulty one. For £200 it should just work.

Have you tried calling Fitbit they might be able to take you through some steps over the phone. Another user was having syncing problem and the Agent was able to rectify the problem.

Same problem. I called Fitbit and did a factory reset using the option in Versa - not pressing three buttons. Solved,

Mine only said Connecting... (forever) after I first added my Versa. After I rebooted my phone the first time after Versa install, it started working like old Fitbits.

Holding the 2 buttons (right and left) released me from the screen and I was able to move forward. Thank you.
