Stuck on logo screen

5th time this has happened.  No reason as to why.  I tried rebooting,  sitting on the charger,  dumping the app, restarting the phone and turning bluetooth off and on.  I have never had so many issues with a Fitbit.  It's been stuck on this screen for over 2 hours now.  Fed up!

Mine has done the same and gone from 44% to 0% in a matter of an hour - it is one month old

My versa just did the same thing after having it for barely two months. What a waste of money! Customer support gave no solutions just said they will replace it. I’m not happy at all with a replacement and want a full refund but they refused. This is rediculous. If the product doesn’t work I should get a refund. Not another one that will end up doing the exact same thing. Very frustrating. Don’t bother buying a Fitbit just get a different brand tracker!
