My versa screen is stuck on unlock with your phone, I went onto the fit bit app went to the option to change my pin, when I do that it comes up with unexpected error try again later. This has been going on for the past 3 days.

@Katem97 Does it still sync? When was the last sync (tap on the Versa icon in the fitbit app and scroll down to sync section)? Have you tried rebooting both your phone and the tracker (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears), and then unlocking with your phone?
