My Versa is stuck with the What's New message. I can swipe to other menus but can't clear message to show time and normal home screen.

I have tried holding all 3 buttons to reset which it does, but still have the problem.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. Hope this helps.

It has completely died now and won't charge!

cant get through to live chat either. 

This is the second versa to go wrong on me.

Not happy!

Hi, contact Customer Support about this problem. BTW, contacted a Moderator to see if he can mean something for you! Someone of the Moderators is already looking into it and you will soon het a reply from her/him!
