Sudden issue with syncing starting at 16:00 EST on 2/14/2020

My Versa last synced at around 16:00 EST on 2/14/2020. I'm seeing there is an issue with fitbit.com, so I do not know if that is the cause or if it was turning the Bluetooth Music control on or if it was going for a walk and recording the exercise.

Around the time I last synced I had set up the Bluetooth On feature so that I could control my phone's music from my Versa. Since then I also used the Walk Exercise and did a GPS-connected walk. It was following that walk that I went to check my exercise stats and noticed that the Versa had not synced in a few hours.

I've tried "everything" to get it to sync, including:

  • Reboot phone; reboot Versa
  • Turn off the Bluetooth "On" feature
  • Force stop Fitbit app; reset Bluetooth on phone

Before I spend any more time - can anyone answer my initial question of the fitbit.com issue impacting syncing?

Hi @dryheatwriter  it happened to me, too. It seems to have cleared up now. Let us know if you were able to get back in.
