Sudden loss of battery life

Hello! After having my Versa for about a year I haven't had any trouble at all until a few days ago it just started loosing charge in a matter of a few hours of being fully charged. I haven't changed any settings or anything.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps and tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Versa. After trying those steps, monitor your Versa's battery behavior and let me know if the issue gets fixed.

@JuanJoFitbit  thank you for the troubleshooting tips, I tried all of them multiple times. Unfortunately none of them worked for my problem. I contacted customer service and they were great! They replaced my device, with no question. Apparently my heart rate monitor malfunctioned, but I've had the device it'll be a year in July.
