Bought nu Versa Two weeks ago and up untill yesterday everything worked just fine. Suddenly it stoped sync, and i cant get it to
Conect to Bluetooth again! I havet tried absolutly everything !! I even tried factory reset and now I'm stucked at som weird display tellin me to SYNC and try again ??
Somone have a sulotion or just I return it to the store?

Unfortunately the S9 is not on the Supported devices list (yet, I am pretty sure it will come) and there are problems with it syncing to Fitbits at the moment (hence it is not on the list). Do you have another devode you could use (tablet or laptop)?

I checked the "List Of Supported Devices" for you and didn't see your S9+ on there so that could be part of the issue (yet I saw the S8+ on there).
You could try restarting the device. For a soft reset (meaning you won't lose any progress for the day) by holding down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds. Try that first and see what happens.
You could also try a hard reset. This will send the Versa back to factory settings, so you will lose your progress for the day. I found this video on YouTube which walks you through the process.
Failing all that, I would contact Support immediately.

I have my Versa syncing to the Samsung S9+ with no problems. I have had problem with the Versa itself but not with it working with the S9+.
