Suddenly no burned calories

Since yesterday my Versa no longer tracks my burned calories. Since yesterday I have taken 3 walks each of +1 hour and normally I burn app. 4-500 calories at one walk. Now suddenly only 65. When I check the activity it is empty. 0 steps taken out of xx.xxx and 0 active minutes. 

 

What is wrong and what can I do?

@MetteS Are the sensor lights blinking? Is Versa measuring your heart rate? Try rebooting the tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.
