Only 2 barely heard of banks 'approved' by fitbit in the UK? What is fitbit doing about it. One of main reasons to buy versa was payment... if only I knew.

One the ones supported is Starling, which is an app-based account. I highly recommend getting one because it's great for overseas purchases/travel as there's no commission. I don't use it as my main account but it's handy as a backup account.

Interestingly some banks have only just rolled out Touch-ID authentication for their banking apps which is some years after if was launched. This is more about banks becoming comfortable with the technology and risk profile and in time more banks will be added. If the overriding decision to buy the Versa was based on its ability to transact low value payments can I suggest sticking a bank card to your other wrist and if you’re quick enough at the checkout no one will notice. 😉 Keep stepping forwards!

Starling doesnt have any interest free accounts. Interest based accounts are against religous and/or ethical beliefs of some people
