Supposedly free monthly premium trial charged me instantly

I’ve never attempted to use the free trial before but the very first time I tried I was instantly charged. I need my money back ASAP. I will not be trying that ever again. It said in the message that I would get the first 3 months free. It hasn’t refunded me.
